At Tobe Atelier, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home curation. If your piece isn't the perfect fit for your space, we offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original condition.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our concierge team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization and a prepaid shipping label.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repackage your items in their original protective wrap and box to ensure safe transit back to our atelier; please include the original packing slip.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 business days of receiving your label.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned item for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method, typically within 5 to 10 business days.
